About LBF
Live Breathe Futbol is a Philadelphia-based soccer lifestyle and apparel brand with an official MLS license. We sell through wholesale partners like Fanatics, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Nordstrom, and direct to fans through our own site. We're growing fast and need someone to own the day-to-day so leadership can focus on what's next.
The role
You'll run daily operations out of our Philadelphia warehouse: fulfillment, content production logistics, facilities, and inventory. It's hands-on and execution-focused. You're the reason nothing falls through the cracks.
What you'll own
Fulfillment & returns
- Ensure DTC and wholesale orders are processed accurately and on schedule
- Manage returns processing
- Coordinate carrier pickups
Content production logistics
- Schedule photoshoots and coordinate with models, photographers, and videographers
- Organize and maintain a system for photo and video assets
Ecommerce upkeep
- Keep the website updated with current product, imagery, and information
- Work with the ecommerce team to keep listings and assets current
Warehouse & facilities
- Receive and log incoming shipments
- Coordinate with cleaning vendors for monthly cleanings
- Manage trash collection
- Keep the office and warehouse organized
Inventory
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory counts
- Flag discrepancies and low-stock items proactively
Who you are
- 3+ years in operations, warehouse management, or a similar role, ideally in apparel, ecommerce, or consumer goods
- Highly organized with strong follow-through; you close loops without being reminded
- Comfortable coordinating multiple vendors and contractors at once
- Basic comfort with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform
- Inventory management experience
- Based in or able to commute reliably to the Philadelphia warehouse
Nice to have
- Experience in apparel or licensed sports merchandise
- Experience coordinating photo or video shoots
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or other ecommerce marketing tools
