Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be in sellable condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
To start a return, please email support@lbfutbol.com with your order number. We may request photos of the item to verify its condition before authorizing a return.
Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible returns will be issued store credit.
Items that do not meet our return eligibility requirements may not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes
- Defective items
- Incorrect items received
To request an exchange, please email support@lbfutbol.com with your order number, the size you currently have, and the size you'd like to receive.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order purchases are eligible for size exchanges only and are not eligible for returns.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- End-of-year sale items
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
For returns valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
